I just received the same SMS too!! This is blatant spamming! I think that number is from some free messaging app available from apps in itunes and android.
A SMS I just got.., be carefull...

scammer fwd the msg to 10k people. .sure can pancing 100 or 200 dumb victims. (especially those who already have problematic naughty dad who always gets into trouble) 200 x $30 = WINRAR. repeat steps above with different number. |
