i think this is not a good buy. too high density and roads are so small in jalan puchong and with so many other ongoing buidling of high-rise service apartments at that area....the place will have very heavy traffic congestion...and for high density apartments like these, it should not be so expensive. so many competition these days for developing and selling serviced apartments like these. and their selling point is mainly the location. but just imagine when the whole place is filled with service apartments. and difficult to rent out the place, what more sell the unit later on, as so many units . ppl wouldn't want to buy high density apartments like these later, with so many other better service apartments/ condos coming up. what more, stay there with all the traffic. my piece of advice: look elsewhere.
