Hi all, is this serviced apartment a under residential title / commercial title? Coz I saw it is under Commercial land, so the utilities price more expensive? Any sifu and senior friend here can help to explain? ^,^

P/S: I'm looking for first home, which now property cost very high price already. Anyone can share about where can 1st home seeker to get ideal property around in PJ area? Price < RM 300. Please advice. Very much appreciate. =)
