1. Define good multimedia? It really depends on which phone you are comparing to.. Not all Nokia phone has the capability of N8, in fact just N8 alone.
2. Symbian S60
3. That would be a year later and it will be a final firmware ever released
4. Never heard about them before
5. Washing machine in a smartphone?
6. Better than SE, behind HTC, somewhere along the line with Nokia.
7. Simple but quite restrictive on certain things.

Honestly, if they can fix all the things that I complained in 2 months, perhaps Nokia would have waited 2months to revamp their software and get a better hype about N8.

Not really...

In fact, I think I got selected too despite that Im using HTC Legend. I think they want a broader audience and even include Nokia/Symbian doubter(s) to prove us wrong. Despite Nokia best effort, I think its better to just place N8 into Multimedia range phone instead of Smartphone. Im impressed with the overall speed and Multimedia options but that just it.

Its not about what I call a smartphone, but just that it does not show its competitiveness compared to other smartphone that were in the market today. Nokia slogan, its about what you do with it, and why dont you answer me what N8 does that makes you feel its like a smartphone worthy of?

Hahaha...

Its not that the others are not good. I tried and tried, Crossroad Mylar, N8 stock earphone, Legend stock earphone, KSC75, amped and un-amped.

Conclusion, the soundstage is too freaking small or dont even exist. Open aired headphone/earphone gonna sound slightly better, more airy, more relaxing to listen to.

Try almost 20 laps of drift.. easier to drift if you turn everything off except auto gearbox. Just had to brake in a few corner to avoid hitting the wall which void the score. Highest I managed was 122. Really hard to get a clean drift at the U section. If managed, sure add almost 20 seconds to the score. The easiest way to score is in the tunnel. Just position the steering right then can drift all the way in and out of the tunnel.
