They will do it for free as long as the phone is under warranty, but after the warranty period they will charge RM 50.00 each time for software updates. I really don't see the reason for NCC to be charging users for something that Nokia releases for free, and as part as after-sales support at that "2nd time call for update - NCC needs to make police report as phone is missing"...
