Whatever tools or spectrum analyzer you use also useless to human ear..If human ear telling you the quality is bad & teh sound is worst &obvious hissing...it is bad!!

Mine also like Mr Kopi..using Civic1.8 player but wth Kenwood & DSL component speakers...It is bad! biggrin.gif

FTW Version 3.0 ARC REACTOR hehe:

I think he cannot tahan with N8 original battery(too weak), then one night, at his room, after watching IRON MAN 2, he started build an arc reactor V3.0, and put inito his N8 suite lol tongue.gif

I think Nokia N8 fm transmitter use only little power to transmit the signal thus will save battery power. When I put the phone at the back seat, the volume drop drastically and sometime lost signal. But when I put it near the car's radio antennae, the sound is great. So, I expect it use low power to transmit the signal.

However, normal radio station is far more better than N8 FM transmitter but for convenience, Nokia N8 rocks thumbup.gif

that's is related to raw FM transmition power... nothing to do with loudness... doh.gif
u can have a strong FM transmitter to transmit up to a few km but still if the loudness modulation is soft u STILL getting a soft audio signal...
so my question to sifu paladin is: is there any relation between increase loudness in modulation will drain more power usage or not with same FM transmition power remain??... hmm.gif

this is not what i mean. simple example, if you supply not enough current for your modulator, thus your signal will be very weak too and your sound quality will have more noise.

same like audio system method, you want amplify the signal stronger, you dont need amplifier..?
once you amplify it, will consumes more current.
