Thanks. I understand what to do now. Appreciate it. I am also surprised that it's so noisy. I am using the perforated case with no holes cut out for the microphone and it seems that it's not affected much.

i tink ive read somewhere b4 that 1 of it is for noise cancellation.

hey guys..wanna ask how to make the n8 wallpaper go full screen on horizontal mode?

Not sure how to activate the noise cancellation. But anyway I am on a boat so the firmware might recognise the wind sound as the main volume.

can explain further? i'll help u.

do u mean in portrait view ur wallpaper is fine but in landscape it gets very stretched?

I would like to know how as well. Wallpaper shouldn't rotate as well. I don't understand Symbian programmers.

u guys set wallpaper by going to the pic in gallery and select it as wallpaper?

like the attachment shown...can it possible the wallpaper display in full screen instead of in the middle ?
