Mila Kunis dropped 20 pounds to play a ballerina in 'Black Swan,' and she tells E! Online all about her dramatic weight loss.

"I could see why this industry is so f--ked up, because at 95 pounds, I would literally look at myself in the mirror and I was like, Oh my God!" she said. "I had no shape, no boobs, no ass...All you saw was bone. I was like, This looks gross."

Mila, who is 5'3," said friends and family started "panicking" at her appearance but she didn't look nearly as frightening onscreen.



"In real life, it looked disgusting," she told E!. "But in photographs and on film, it looked amazing."

Mila said that while it took her five months to lose 20 pounds, it took a mere five days to put the weight back on.

She recently told People that at her lowest weight she "looked like Gollum from Lord of the Rings! ... Everything was just protruding." Costar Natalie Portman said that she did dance training up to eight hours a day for the movie.

'Black Swan' opens December 3.
