Bro, the 1st picture conveyed a very dull and moody feel. Is that what you wanted to achieve (very fast shutter speed and very small aperture)?
The 2nd picture, I understand that you wanted to freeze the motion of the water to make them looked like crystals floating in the air, but just not powerful enough. When I first viewed the girls
on the left hand side, I can see they are dancing or something, but at the right hand side, I'm not sure what they are doing, so the actions are very contradicting and very hard to tell people it is a actually a dance if you don't put in the caption in the first place. So if the girls clearly conveyed some dance move, single out and frame closer to the girls. Capture their expression if possible. Sometimes if wideangle does not work you can always go for a tighter framing to achieve better results.
