Just now i observed to my phone when charging it.
I using USB port to charge my phone it maybe will take time. 12.45PM until 5.11PM, mean 25% until 100%. after i remove the charger it going to 99% I guess the counting is like that. 100% is the maximum and after unplug it it going to be 99.9% but the .9% didn't show out.
