QUOTE(Kellyyhx @ Dec 6 2010, 10:19 PM) thats amazing. my battery drain very fast. Yea sgpc. Looks like ur the only person here whos getting good battery life on froyo. Mind sharing with us ur settings, installed n running apps on bg and online always connected apps n widgets u hv installed. When i'm asleep, like 8 hours, battery can drop till 40% left. Any idea why? N one more thing i noticed abt froyo is the web browser. Compared to the previous versions, when i select a text box and trying to type in something, for example replying in this forum, it doesnt zoom in the box when phone rotated like in eclair, so i have to zoom to see what im typing, and the typing speed is reallllly slowwwww. Unlike the browser im using in jk3 firmware which im using to type rhis right now. Very smooth. They say its a known bug for webkit in early versions of froyo. That was one of the reason why i reverted back to eclair. Heavy browser user. |

QUOTE(need7 @ Dec 6 2010, 10:37 PM) It's me the new mamber of DropBox G5 Lowyat hehe...froyo..... request here, need GPS booster lite (FREE one)...please.... Actually it understandable, the GPS Booster is create to resolve i5800 / i5500 GPS issue in eclair................after the release of froyo, the GPS Booster's creator has not do anything, so it will not support anymore |

erm, i just guess...
if what need7 said is correct, so i can conclude that froyo on G5 will drain batery faster for gaming... becoz me and my housemate always use it for gaming.. so can feel the difference... except battery life, im really a fan of froyo Xp Added on December 6, 2010, 11:37 pmultraman, maybe we can gv rating for those apps =] This post has been edited by ja3kass: Dec 6 2010, 11:38 PM |
