Game crash after character log in, Anyone got the same problem?

I just intsall back WoW after feormating my pc and already patch it to latest patch 4.0.3a (according to WoW)
But whenever i log in my character, it suddenly crash after loading. Is something wrong with the pacth or something? Do i have to wait the patch fully update? In my lanchr here its in GREEN but i can play. Does this the effect of the game i having?  |

Try opening the launcher and make sure it says you're completely up to date. Blizz be making lotta small changes.
