upload ur picture at this link first..
make sure ur pic size is 800x..http://imageshack.us/
then, u copy the direct link u get after upload ur pic..
then ,click IMG and paste the link..

the laziest way is haplod from ur ps3 to fb, then copy url kat image hosting..kendian buh la "img dan di akhiri /img" tuh
tak perlu nak sesusah resize dah.
tapi ingat, kualiti drop~ so gambau jadi tak sebest original.
