long time din check my counters properly since all of them are NOT FOR SALE now~
my new toy everyday climb a little bit..
waiting its 21cents (based on my estimate) or 9.3% dividend return ~~~

my esos... seems tastier today..
60.8% profits....

i bought tecnic around 2 weeks ago @ 2.25
i picked this 1 because i have no time to monitor my stocks due to work
dividend policy minimum 50% payout of NP
current todate 3 quarters accumulated EPS 30.14
based on the minimum 50% dividend payout means 15.5cents dividend (todate 3 mths)
i make assumption that 4th quarter maintain eps of 10cents
means next yr dividend would be 20.5cents -21cents (tax exempted)
still entitled for 8.6% dividend return on current 2.37 buy price.
PER stands at 5.9 which still highly undervalued

so i will buy this and keep for some times.. capital growth + dividend income

im not asking ppl to buy, just sharing
correct me if im wrong

can always go check for their dividend policy

suddenly got ppl write paper on it...

why sugar 1.8 + 0.2 = 2.1?

i started my investment when i was in college,yr 2008. Borrowed money from fren to invest gold as that time year 2008,gold was too cheap.. went in and out 3 times on paper gold.
after that, AUD fall below SGD, went in buy some AUD also... then started stock in 2009.
So, Im also noob bie.

so far ok o~
as i bought gold, aud all at almost btm point.
then i started touch stock in march,2009~ also when the time, every counters simply fly.
wat i wanna say is my holding power was too weak during the march-sept 2009, the 1st 6 mths when i started play stock. i bought many counters damn cheap but also sold many counters in damn cheap price with just peanut profit.....
now my holding power already much improve

i observe this counter for 1 month liao arghhh...

I thought Kencana today suppose to be heading south...?
