uh guys, i need your input on this.

just got the edividend thingy from Lonbisc. asked my dad to check for me earlier. i'm overseas at the moment.

so the story is
i hold 4000 shares of Lonbisc, i'm supposed to get RM60 (1.5sen T.E)
the payment advice i received was

not in my name. (same surname though)
not to my bank. (they paid into Public Bank, while my nominated bank was Hong Leong, i don't even have Public Bank a/c)
not my bank a/c number..

then .. it's not even the amount of shares that I hold.
I bought 4000 shares, the letter i got was for 2000 shares (rm30 dividend)

so, conclusion,
I bought 4000 share, supposed to get RM60 to my HL account.
end up in the letter, it's not my name, it's not my bank account, it's not even the correct amount of shares.

just somehow the address was sent to my house.
now i clearly remember when i signed up for edividend at Hong Leong i checked it and even had my photostated IC in there.

so i just need u guys input. do I write to the registrar at Lonbisc to talk to them about this? or is it something to do with the CDS and/or HongLeong side?

Me and my husband both holding londonbis share. We got our e-dividend with correct amount. But never receive any advise or letter at all. I am still waiting till today.

Luckily the amount is correct.
