plus i accidentally sent 1 wrong account verification detail will they see it and if wrong ban my account?

Are you sure it's from Blizzard? I get 5 emails a day from scammers saying that my account is closing, for more than 2 years already..

yea really from them cause i cant even log in my account they close it for investigation. plus the spammers are in my junk this one is in my inbox.

download skype, launch it (make sure you got headset with mic ready), look for blizzard support phone line in their website, call them around 10pm malaysia time (+8GMT) it will be solved in 10 mins.

** if you forgot your secret password, prepare to give them your registered address, email address, and WoLK CD-key.

calling them using skype is free, you might need to wait in queue for 10 mins, just surf net while waiting la.

i cant call it says i have no skype credit..
