Just had my Samsung LCD BX2231 last nite + HDMI cable x2 = DMG
Back home tried to plug in HDMI cable from PC to LCD. Got display but audio out from Samsung LCD BX2231 no sound wo and how to set up a better image quality ? coz for me using HDMI and normal cable no different. Kindly advise. Much appreciate XD |

This model doesn't have built-in speakers.
 HDMI doesn't output much better picture quality compared to VGA, I only noticed slight aliasing on VGA outputs. |

Ya this model dont have speaker. What i mean is i using HDMI output to the LCD. Behind of this LCD monitor it has a output for audio.
A stereo output. The seller say i will be able to plug in my speaker into it wo |

You need to set your audio output to HDMI instead of the onboard sound.
