Right! as you may or not know, CCP might take away the Learning Skills bar and give us more attribute and will be reimbursed by skillpoints allocation, but this change will only be change on the 14th of December and the go ahead from the CCP's QA department~

there is a note there that says:

"Notice: Monthly subscription fee required after first month. Product keys will not work with existing EVE Online accounts."

so its pretty clear the free 1 month for main thingy wont work like last time already i think. anyone tried that yet?
