ya if i torrent many file they will capped me at 380speed only. I had to reconnect to gain back my bandwith.

if i use for normal browsing they wont capped me. But if i torrent many file for long duration the speed got capped down to 0.38mbps only.

tmnet should upgrade their international bandwith first before provide fiberoptic highspeed internet service to people.
With limited international bandwith, of course la congestion will happen. Then we who pay the less amount of monthly rental (streamyx) suffered. we get capped and shaped... 1mbps package ![]() This post has been edited by tictac: Nov 30 2010, 04:44 PM |

they capped base on ip. try get a good ip and test with speedtest. The line is uncapped. But have to connect and reconnect multiple times to get the uncapped ip. once connected dont switch off the router.
