Noticed the cap is after 12am this morning
1MB user, the internet speed cap at around 25-50kbps.

This morning (7am) tested the speed come back normal

simple, u want to be fair, then add RM30 to subscribe 4mbps. that all.

Hopefully skmm will do something on TM after receiving a lots of complaints.

my view is, when ISP provide internet services to us, they already have the ratio on how many bandwidth or user they can support. e.g. 1mb line is share by 6 user that subscribe to 1mb line.

When the number of subscription increase, instead of increasing their bandwidth, they cap our speed. this is not fair.

It's time to change ISP. Anyone can give suggestion. No Wireless provider...
