you are not alone mate,the worst part for me is i'am just upgrading to 4Mbps,almost for three weeks (after the installer come and setup my modem) and only 2 times i get over 400k Kbps (all around 3.00 - 5.00 a.m),luckily we have you guys here,i already tired of follow my report every twice in a week, they said ''currently we are upgrading/migration you local area server due to lack of 4Mbps request from customer,it will take around 2 months to finish it'' and now i know they are totally bul*****,they have said if my report still continues i may get rebate..owfff luckily tell you,hope you guys do the same,how came paid rm1xx.xx for 60k to 90k kbps service rite

am i a 4Mbps user,paid for rm140.00 for this kind of speed

done it few times without,
it will ok for the 1st or 2 files that i use to download and after that being capped again

guys,make a report first at TM,then claimed rebate if this problem does not solve in a month,this is what those 2nd level tell me
