4M user from Saujana Puchong, Puchong Getting only 0.4-0.5Mbps since last week WTF Tried resetting the modem many times but kept on getting 115.x.x.x ip range but my office line using 1M in USJ is ok, no cap at all the ip range is 60.x.x.x
Seems like it's a blanket cap on certain ip range

QUOTE(ssslayerrr @ Dec 2 2010, 08:01 PM) I must say, this is truly an achievement, not did they just manage to throttle the international traffic, but local as well, they must be patting themselves on their back, a job well done. Now they can all go for a tea break, minum kopi. I can tolerate slow speeds, when it is due to their incompetence, accidental...... what pisses me off so much now is that this is intentional. I'm wasn't using my connection for anything else when doing this. So, now malaysia ranks 98 on speed test, another wonderful achievement. Wah bro, ping time also took 297ms it's like Cyberjaya is located in US I tried to ping to Los Angeles D/L speed still faster than Cyberjaya WTH is TMNut doing

QUOTE(boysrule @ Dec 2 2010, 08:44 PM) you guys should check with TM and file a report if they dont give u a resolution. could it be your router, pc with p2p running on the background or pc infected with virus? check your task manager on the networking tab and see if theres any activity during idle. if all above does not apply then it might be problem with the phone line. just my experience, no other isp performance is better than TM in malaysia. So many people reported on the same capped issue Do you think we didn't check and do the testing you suggested? The way you suggested is like what the CS told me to do when I called them the same old lame excuses
