I just did. The only thing they can do is log a report for me. Wait for technician to review the case. This is so f*cked up.

No way man. Wasting my time and energy to call them. The best solution is terminate TM services. LoL

Same goes to here. I really don't know how they maintain their services. Really really bad. I will give them 0 out of 10 in terms of ISP provider.

I have been getting 175.x.x.x for my IP address lately.. Can't seem to get any other IP besides that even though I've restarted my modem several times. Can't get 60.53.x.x anymore. Oh yea, my download dropped a lot with this IP. Maybe that's TM capping my line.

Same here. I don't know why I also getting IP from 175.x.x.x... Stupid TM

I'm using 1MB package. Surfing is OK but not for downloading. I get less than 10KB/sec for download.

my area got unifi but i refuse to subscribe until they put in black & white, that they will not cap, throttle or do any kind of nonesense that tantamount to sabotage of my internet line.

if you were so gullible to get unifi now like those other simpletons in that other thread, then tm will have succeeded in their con-job and be laughing all the way to the bank with your money.

if they cannot be trusted with streamyx, they cannot be trusted with unifi.

TM - the world leader in cheating customers.

Yea. I thought UNIFI got fair usage policy for every month. VIP5 is entitle for 60GB, VIP10 for 90GB and VIP20 for 120GB. Correct me if I'm wrong. tongue.gif
