I started complaining about this months ago only to be ridiculed and answered by "troopers" on this forum showing off about their 4mbps speeds during the day.
I called up TM and they insist that they send technicians to my home for troubleshooting only to go away after looking around aimlessly. Why do you need people to come to my house to check my line when my line stats is consistent throughout the day? This has nothing to do with any physical line issues. It's your server fault or some bandwidth conserving idea which you're not telling the public about.
This very same question was directed to their CEO but he totally avoided answering that part instead answering that his company does not cap their Unifi service plans at the moment.
I hope with all the complains filed to SKMM, they will be able to dig up something out from TM.
