Mine 1mb line being cap too for a week now.Everyday from 1pm - 6pm only 60kbs after that full speed then again 60kbs from 8pm to 1:30am.

1mb user,i got my max speed back at 3:30pm with ip 175.xx but not stable and it keep Dc

I'm still on 175.xx and my speed now drop to 60kbps(8:00pm) from 190kbps(3:30pm) earlier.
