but since yours is 0380 just wonder how's the action taken by skmm so far? did they ctc you or email you on the status?

hm.... then guess skmm also bullshitting us mine the TM officer call and said will change our cable to copper instead. Wonder if there's any changes or not. But yday nite they route my IP to cyberjaya instead. But this morning back to Kuching again. FREAKING weird.

the technician just came to check my speed and belif it or not my latency is 1.2kms++? she's like shock and ain't belif me. till she test few round then got the same result also but speed is 3mb++ kinda WEIRD i would say.

But idiot of them dunno how they fix my line now phone line dead tone. But shud be thankful i still can surf online? sigh such technician.

mine always available although hard to belif at times the speed and the surfing actual speed i encounter.
Nevertheless today the speed this morning is OK as usual just wait tonite and see how. Will demand the rebate
with the billing department this time for good!

ya agree but at times not all area got 4mb coverage. Like mine also not available in the first place but after much complain it's DONE. But after 5 months of bliss then now nighmare has begun hahahaa anyway with this kind of speed they still expect ppl get unifi? pls la. At least use their brain sikit. But honestly i think it's CONGESTION prob at times cos they just accept upgrade application like nobody's biz then now only to realise the port is not sufficient or what i guess . But whatever it is i just want the 4mb speed back and STABLE is it so hard to ask? i don't care they use what port or method just ensure the speed is constant at all time rather than this kind of prob.

SKMM yet to ctc me i wonder they also need to be brush or not .

mine 0566/11/10 also no feedback wonder sudah habis minum kopi or not. Now also i'm waiting for the vendor to come fix the cable. They really testing my patience. I ask for 9am or 9.30am so they better make it snappy as i ain't got so much time to wait for them whole day as if i got nothing better to do at home. The last time i waited for the TM guy to come ended up he fixing the line at substation and merely gave me a call after i manage to track down his hp and wanted to screw him already.

what 1mb? i'm a 4mb suscriber and after 3 days of BLISS i end up in HELL again. What piss me off is the tech even tell me they are fixing my prob now and hope it's going to be ok ONCE AND FOR ALL? i mean heck as if i like to complain if ur services are good rite? u're paid to work for tmnut. ANy grievances i assume they shud go and tell their CEO and not telling me in that manner.

If it's not fix by tomorrow honestly i'll take more further action as i'm getting fed up with their so call upgrade. Every upgrade sure bring me down FURTHER to HELL! damn

this is the so call 4mb speed that i'm paying for?????

i shud be grateful i didn't get the laptop promo if not i have to stick to this package for 24 months? gimme a break now even half year gone already giving me this crap. Anyway i doubt the tech can fix my phone line nor streamyx by tonite. Sorry to say but even last week it's another guy who fix my prob. I assume with the amount of monthly fee we are paying at least we still get 2mb when the capping hit?????? and not like barely 10% of what i pay for imagine RM140 per month.
