I still don't understand..if they are really capping the bandwidth,which mostly it seems like they are really doing it now,why TM still bothering to send out the technician and still troubleshooting the user problem on the phone?
btw,i'm on 4Mbps and i can only get back my max speed after 2am and drop to 150kBps in the afternoon.
me too..im also using 4mbps..gonna try VPN..see whether can make difference..they use one outdated cable,too many people using and then make us pay!!!!
