TM is just giving excuses. Plenty of users who are light downloaders also got hit by the cap.

Public Complaint Bureau very efficient ... they will request MCMC to reply in 1week time   

either tmnet cap or not cap i found its not ethical to just cap our usage without informing us and long term capping. as a paying customer we should get what we pay for....if tmnet can't provide  all the bandwidth to all subscriber then its time they change their streamyx packages limiting download limit to be it 20GB or 30GB per month....

usually morning i go to office, after 2pm will work at home.... but now... i need work at office till 8pm because this cap issue.

i had stay at singapore till 8pm only can back to JB...

at home, i totally cant download any file via FTP from my company server.

this is a super super bullsxxt job done by streamyx.....

now every night go back home, will call 100 again to do complain...

i also want to rage. knn suka hati cap.

every year fall behind the rest of the world even more, service like sh*t, kanasai betul, this monopoly Intranet Service Provider.

wtf is this. if it continued this way, my school holiday is f***ed.

guys, you need to report your slow speed to tm, skmm and email to impact@tm.com.my. otherwise they will pretend nothing is wrong with your connection..

I reported and my speed went back to normal as you can see from my screenshot and they also called me back to ask if my speed was ok.

I hope it will last..

try sending another email to impact@tm.com.my but this time you also cc it also to help@tm.com.my..

it will also help if you can include your report number & speed test screenshots of KL, Cyberjaya & Singapore server.

for example, F1 car speed is about 330km, suddenly he drive to the pitlane and press a button and his speed got capped at 80 km. understand mah? but the button now is press by TM and not us.
