i also kena leh.. i can dl 50kbps on my 512k line all the time till since lately its like capped at 20kbps or even lower!

not yet. maybe around 11am..

this is the email i write to SKMM and cc to streamyx
going to send it now with some speed test screenshot, see how they react

"Some" customers, or "all", customers, Streamyx? Just because some people are only suscribed to 512kbps line, you can use them as an excuse and point out "they aren't capped"?

If this happens again in the afternoon, definitely firing them an email.

My area (in PJ) already un-capped. Nice!

Am a 512kbps user. ( I know, I know. ) Usually my connection is fine and adequate for my use (watch video, download files etc), but lately I find that the speed is not as smooth usual. Loading a small format video takes forever and I'm getting frustrated. Bumped into this topic and well, did a speedtest.

P/S: I don't really understand the meaning of 'capped' ><

1.  In the US, it's a Democratic country, whereas Malaysia practices semi dictatorship policies under the cover of democracy (that's why you still get ISA!).

2.  TM goes up against 2 million users?, No way!.... TM is only facing only 20% of the total users as the other 80% are unaware of the recent FUP and
    Traffic Management, why?, that's malaysians for you! (They're ignorant of things and just took it for granted that there others around to complain.)
    Currently there's less than 2% complaining in the FORUMs including LOWYAT! So why is TM not anxious enough because it's not all their customers
    that are going up against them! Furthermore they're partly government owned that's why they're not too keen on providing good Products and Services
    as promised!
