tell them can u only pay them 10% of monthly subscription fees because u have a lot of other bills to pay

just called tm to complain about this problem and asked the agent if other people are facing the same problem, she told me they RARELY receive complaint of line slowness like this.

those of u who complained? have u called tmnet and report a case?
dont say it is useless, just log a report and dont let them close ur case until the speed is back to a reasonable level |

TM sent technician to my office to do some "checking". Reset router, telephone line, bla bla bla....line still slow.....wat a waste of resources.
