Im paying for a 1Mbps line and this is what I get???? Fark U shitmyx the shittiest burukband ever in takbolehland. Local server can reach 1Mbps or more but international capped at 0.1Mbps. Really frust with the poor CS which tells us to follow the same step that is given by their manangement everytime I call them. The people working in TM CS are robots only. Each time a call they ask u to ping test and on/off modem. Come on la its the farking connection speed slow not my modem's problem. Even if i get high end modem but the line slow means your connection slow la TMbastards, simple logic thinking also dont have. Pardon for the harsh language, was ranting my anger ast them.

My download speed still capped until now 24/7 no happy hour for me cannot switch ISP because i need lan connection and TMNUTZ is apparently the only one offering in my area

FARK LA im getting impatient about TM's pace at solving this issue. School holidays suppose can download videos watch until shiok but now its ruined by this effed up company

WAFFAK TM technician says this cap applies to all shitmyx users? EFF la pay so much get this shit

really frustrated now lah cant get my downloads to work properly. Is Unifi being capped also?

im not a Unifi user actually but considering to jump ship if this issue is not solved within 1 month since my area here has Unifi coverage already

I dont see the point wasting my time calling them up because they wont do anything to resolve this issue.

I cant even load pages properly now! Webpages with videos all ended up with white box. Fark if continue on imma switch ISP. Give them a signal that we consumers are more powerful than them!

If they really implement cap i think they will lose a hell lots of customer

Big Companies should really come and give some competition to TM

This FUP may go on till end of the year. My advise to others, dont sign up for Unifi. Keep on pressuring them until this problem resolves or just switch to a more reliable ISP than this shit
