Of cause not to say going to let them be in this way and keep silent, will try at least to fight for rebates. I'm pretty sure they CS side will call me either tonight or tomorrow to ask about the progress, I will try to talk to the nicely and see what they can offer me. At some point, I found that talk politely to them, there is some unexpected found, just like the info which given by the technician who come to my house. After all, I think we shouldn't put our blame to their lower rank worker like CS & technician, they just what the boss said and they knew nothing. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thats exactly my strategy too. Get back on them with rebates. However, requesting rebates is not so straightforward. Billing dept needs Tech dept to close the technical report in order to proceed with the rebates. What if the problem is not solved after 1 yr ? or what if the Tech dept refuse to close the report? or what if there are numerous reports, which report are the billing dept going to refer to? You'll still need to pay the full monthly bill while connected with 10% of your subscribed speed as long as the report is not closed. Also, the amount of rebates are decided by them and based on God knows what formula.

After consistently complaining, they finally fized my local connection. But international still capped. F*CK TM!
