thinking to import bulks of the bags and cloths from Thailand thru Malaysia Custom, not sure how much the custom tax? and will it easy to clearance my goods at Malaysian customs

The items you mentioned too general. Please be specific on what type of bag and cloth are you refer. Because the tax rates are not same.
