Just service mine car for 1km last few weeks, now 2km metal knocking sound return back..can send to COSE for checking purpose only?

Car get a long scar at PJ..dunno who so childish go make it..
Anyway any idea can eliminate the scar? by wax & polish? Any recommend product recommend pls..
