Hi, izwanz. The warranty for the GPS device is 1 year while the related accessories are covered for 6 months.

I'll also like to inform you that we've recently upgraded our navigation software to make it more user friendly and it now has some new key features such as Junction View, Telephone number search and 3D buildings. We have monthly map updates and we're continuously improving as we go.

Our latest map version 3.25 is now available for Navigation Software versions 2.07, 3.10, 3.20 and 4.0. Majority of the road updates in this version covers Klang Valley and POI updates in Johor. Click here to download.

Hi armadasaxon, if you have upgraded, you should be using version 4 which has a cleaner and improved interface:



Bro, we will first call/email you to verify your address and then post it to you. Have you registered for the promo b4 updating?

If you haven't, here are the steps:

1. Send an SMS only once to 39993 with the following: LOK<space>A<space>YOUR NAME<space>TAGGING NUMBER
(Example: LOK A RAMLI DAUD C12345)

2. You will then receive a confirmation SMS upon succesful registration

Note: Tagging Number is in red alphanumeric font on a white sticker at the back of your Lokatoo device.

Once you have updated twice within a 3 month period, our Customer Service dept. will call you (on the contact no. you registered with) to verify your mailing address. The thumb-drives are then sent out in batches so please allow for some processing time. If there's anything wrong, you can also PM me your details and I'll check things out for you.

Yes, there was a technical problem over the weekend at our datacentre as some users are also reporting the same thing. Please accept our apologies for that as we are working to fix the problem asap. Will let you know when things are sorted out.

Note:
Models that can be upgraded are A903, A903 Flat screen, A1000 (Atlas 4), A1000 (i), B1000.
Models that cannot be upgraded are A800, A900, A1000 (Atlas 3) and A1621-IB (ISUZU Double-Din).
