i tried before auto cruise at 170, not more than that so not sure got speed cut or not. but definitely no speed cut if not on auto cruise

i thought of that before too. but looking at the shape of the top panel, if you were to make it pop up, the area where you can actually fit a rectangular lcd screen is quite small and possible it's not deep enough to close when you pop it down back

if u get pioneer or jvc or other branded ones, it will cost u easily rm2k above and that's without the gps signal receiver too...

not sure if anyone in malaysia have it installed. seems like it's been produced for the outside market where Gen 2 is being sold as well such as China etc i think.

yea, and it only has 64 MB RAM. same like the lokatoo i have, will lag when use garmin. but it's stated this device supports TomTom map. As I know, TomTom gps software less heavy, so maybe it's ok?

Proton Espire?? There was a interactive touch screen monitor at Proton area. Can customize/configure the ride and print out in color from their epson printer there. i captured some photos of the Proton Espire that's available as one of the model that can customize. Looks like Tuah already has an official name

actually not suprising. my persona se that's heavier also can always get above 400km per tank. that also not maintaining between 2-3k rpm. mix driving of constant speed, fast, some jam and normal city area. but i mostly use ldp la..

when i did my 40k service for my SE, it cost me rm400+. haven't touch rm500

remap ECU won't be affected by battery kong. it will still stay intact. read the faq section in dktuning, he explains it quite well

you ask 32bit ecu from whom? i dont think dylan gives new ecu, he only remaps the existing one in the car. about cost wise, i read in the VW thread that it cost about rm3.9k to do their car ecu remap. not sure how much it cost for a 308 pug, but if ~2k for persona, then it's almost half as cheap than the vw liao. it would seem that dktuning will help tune/remap the ecu a few times until u get an optimal setting and they keep a copy of your stock car ecu in case need to reset back

but in the website, it states only about 5-10% power increase for a natural aspirated engine nia. so may not be as worth as turbos

guess it suits ppl like me who doesn't want to do much of performance modding by changing/adding parts
if can get slight boost in power while not compromising warranty getting void, why not? technically warranty will void, but can ask for remap to old ecu mappings before send back to claim parts warranty

mine also got screeching sound alot. all started since i changed my brake pad to ceramic neo

now the brake pad made my discs uneven d. need to go skim and change new brake pad. even just to do for front and change pad to bendix MKT, it will cost me about 200+.
since it's just the sounds that's irritating but the brakes still can function, so now i just be patient a bit and change later. using my money for other stuffs now.

Not sure was it from kelvin. bought from a forumer here selling in automotive garage sales. cost me about rm90 for front and back if i remember correctly. ya, the sound so embarrassing.

did that before d. the noise went off for a while only. then later came back d for my case
