Have you guys heard of this new project? it's a new concept condo with 1 isolated room in each unit which you may rent out separately. Dunno whether this is a good idea, any comment on it?

I see their official website, if registered during Mapex Oct 2010, get early bird rebate 7%. Now dunno whether still available for this offer or not.

308 units served by 4 lifts (2 lifts for each block and each floor has 8 units) means 1 lift serve for 77 units, which is consider quite good.

But when i look from layout drawing, i saw 3 lifts serve for each block, means total got 6 lifts, am i wrong?

When had look into the layout, i like it so much coz there are two main entrences with the large isolated master room. And the living room is not long shape, but more square one. Kitchen also will be "seperated" from living room coz its L in shape.

Condo outlook design is pretty modern (from the drawing). But too bad, this condo does not come with DIBS.

yea, i almost want to buy one of their townhouse near BU area. but upon checking out the completed ones, kinda disappointed.

so will avoid this property developer la.

i would say that is their marketing strategy said no more discount coz > than 100 units being sold

Just went to the Sales Office, no brochure and model yet.
Got many types but mostly is same design.

Price from 380k and above, last Saturday and Sunday they giving out 10% discount, now only 7%
The location is just after Sri Jati condo.
2 blocks, Block A with smaller units consist of 8 units per floor, Block B with slightly larger types consist for 7 units per floor.
No balcony , and the kitchen looks like very narrow.
2 entrance, 3+1r, 4b

the SA told me a lot of the lower floors already sold which i think is strange because the price diff is not much different (1/2k per floor)

The best unit she told me almost all sold/book.

From the Masterplan i saw, most of the front unit (facing pool), the view will get block by the 2 Sri Jati condo.
