sorry typo ..use laptop is ok but used my i3gs with os4 can not surf.
bell icon is when u connected wifi there's a icon on ur 3g courier there.

Other place wifi work fine only mcd got problem.after I thick the t&c check box then pop again same page.is there any member got same problem as me?I'm use i3gs with ios4 jailbreak.
