my friend just buy iphone 4 from someone in lowyat forumer. it is sealed maxis set and the phone have problem so my friend just send the phone to maxis centre to claim warranty. the problem is, the staff said the IMEI no. is not recognized and he want the proof of purchase from the seller. how to solve it?
