Hi guys,i bought a used Maxis 3GS from a forumer here in lyn a few months back.Now i feel that the phone is give me problems.I am planning to send it back to maxis for warranty..Now the problem is,does the phone previous/original owner needs to follow me also to maxis?Thats gona be a problem as ive forgotten the forumer's id for me to contact him.Can i just go there alone?I still have the maxis warranty card/box etc,all its with me.
