i'm currently using a jailbroken iphone and enabled sms delivery report feature. Only recently i realized that my sms usage exceeded 400 sms per month when i read my bill. I seldom sms to text my friends. Perhaps only 5 sms per days. and im also not subscribing to any info services and no application on my iphone will send silent sms

Just wonder is the delivery report received also chargeable by the service provider like digi, celcom or maxis and counted as one sms sent ?
