my iphone4 can't receive calls while im playing game...onli getting miss call or voice msg after i close the game

Unlocked digi set
Current Firmware :4.1
Current network: digi
iTunes Version :10.0.1.22
PC/MAC : win7
Jailbreaking software :limerain
Problem Encountered :my iphone4 can't receive calls while im playing game(any game tested few games all the same)

Steps Taken So Far :
1.change other sim card also the same
2.my micro sim+ adpter used at old SE phone no problem

Other Information/Remarks :went to digi center..but they cant help also...said 1st time see this kind of case..bla bla bla
oredi ask them to disable voice msg
