Restoration is the only way... my 3GS also lags after 4.3.1 update.

Looks the same except u can't arrange the icons or create folders.
And it is even worse than Nokia's S40 OS found on el-cheapo phones. Imagine this... can't even do MMS, send SMS to multiple recipients and etc... |
