Hi guys, i have a question here. my sister told me iphone 4 are using smart sim because maxis accidentally gave her a smart sim. so is iphone4 using smart sim? am i going to change my normal sim into smart sim once i bought iphone4 from outlets without contract??

I bought a new iPhone 4 about a week ago and it has been going really well. However randomly yesterday, it started to randomly freeze for like a millisecond and come back. This is only noticeable while playing games such as tiny wings or need for speed but it is still very annoying since I use my iPhone primarily for gaming. Is this normal? If not, how can I fix it?
( Please don't advice me restore my iphone. Thx.)
