Did any of you had a problem that if you decide to remove an app (uninstall),by pressing the particular app the response is slow just to wait for that x sign to come out and likewise pressing the home button to revert back is also very slow. The older firmware is much slicker. Anyone had this problem?

I updated recently to 4.3.1 for iPhone 4. Since then I could not use 3G to surf at all. Tries reset network settings and still it does not work. Anybody encountered this recently and managed to resolve?
