No you can't, according to DMC.

Went there to check out my unit last weekend. The whole area was almost completed and getting 'greener'... can't wait to move it.

I have moved into Jade Hills for quite some time, and very happy with the purchase.

It is priceless to see your kids to go around the neighbourhood to find friends, walk around the park without worrying your own security, doors/windows wide opened any time of the day, putting my pricey stuff outside the house (golf set, bicycles etc)

My only complaint is people tend to charge me on high side once they know I am from there.... school bus, gas supplier or electricians.....

Dizhu which phase you are in?

I am satisfied with the stay at JH and so far no major quality issue except one time roof leak, and was repaired almost immediately. No issue on rubbish and got Unifi recently.

My only complaint is on the Chinese Tea House... the food is really really lousy. I wont go again if no major revamp on their menu.

if wanted to avoid jam @ kajang town. can drive to koperasi cuepacs, park and ride
to koperasi cuepacs

1) using kampung road from bukit angkat, no jam and no tol. ( but kampung road la)

2) using highway no jam and pay tol la.

Hm... Sound very good... I used that kampung road before, it is actually okay. That may be my main way to go office in future. MRT to be ready in 2016?

Btw, I am still puzzling the new road is heading to which exit. The one still in construction, beside Jadite heading north? Coming from Sg Chua, at the first big roundabout going straight?

Been staying at JH for almost 4 years, love the tranquility of the whole taman and of course the security. Beside industrial area doesn't bother me much since the whole JH is well isolated but the industrial road (if we want to short cut the main access road) really jialat.

I observed people inside really attach to it, at least 3 of my neighbors (whom I know) have been hoping around within JH only lol. Means when they stay long enough and wanted to upgrade, they bought another bigger unit in JH but at different phases. My opposite neightbour bought terrace, then upgrade semi-D, then now bungalow.

I wish i can afford to do that...

As a resident in Jade Hills, what is your view of the built quality of the homes there?
*
I can only review it in my own capacity can't speak for all residences here. Overall built quality is good, I don't have much problem on house defects. Hope it stay that way...

It  sounds great.  Hopefully by this month, I will sign the SPA to purchase a property in Jade Hills.

Understand the Resident Association is pretty well managed and really looks into common welfare of all its members.  Wonder whether Jade Hills Management is equally well managed and attentive on after sale services?
*
Yes, the resident association here is quite aggressive and hence the residents are getting what they deserve most of the time. Common facility and security issues are serious issue for the association. Hardly deal with the management anyway but the last encounter was ok. Not five star hotel ok but acceptable ok..

I think what he meant was RA takes common facility and security issues seriously, not something serious happened  laugh.gif

Yes thanks for the clarification, you read my mind!

On the second note, just noticed the new access road at the side of JH is opened for use now. So we have another alternative access, from JH to Amerin Mall and The Mines rclxms.gif

Positive side, more convenient and the commercial park will be more accessible by bigger crowd.

Negative side, bigger crowd doesn't mean good to many of us, all we want is secluded zone. Also the road is.... typical balakong road condition whistling.gif (pass by some residential area mostly low cost, and factory area)

Traffic is subjective....

Weekday i drive to area like Klang or centre of KL would take me 1 hour at peak hour time (730-800am)

Weekend is better of course, to KLCC maybe 30 mins or so, Covid time is even better...

Public Transport is MRT at Cheras (or Kajang) which is around 10 mins drive. Or drive to TBS for LRT/ETS/KTM that takes 20 mins+ drive. All are in peak hour estimation. My experience if i take TBS, total door to door journey to KL Sentral will be around 30 mins+ (25 mins drive + 5 mins train)

New shortcut is coming soon which connects JH directly to Cheras Selatan, Jusco area...
