The garden landscape terrible too. I used to complaint why so empty. But after the trees matures. Our garden areas now look super fantastic. so green and my so many visitors said it is well upkeep.

Developer should plant some green behind hill areas with more residence ( >40%) moving in and completed renovation.

I recall back. the developer said will try to relocated the kubur but it turn out the kubur become a political issues. So developer can't do anything as the umno using race card.

Boss, JH go Stadium Kajang only 2 traffic light.

The first is the sg chua and second is the post office that one.

morning 7am can reach from JH roundabount to the destination about 5 minutes.

but come back. from there to JH maybe 10 minutes bcs the sg chua kfc that traffic light very jialat one.

we let 7 yo kids cycling / walk to school here in jade hill

if wanted to avoid jam @ kajang town. can drive to koperasi cuepacs, park and ride


to koperasi cuepacs

1) using kampung road from bukit angkat, no jam and no tol. ( but kampung road la)

2) using highway no jam and pay tol la.

The commercial land included Jadites suites, the existing shop lot, the eaton school next to rail track land and future launching soho cum shop lots next jadite suites show units and the jade hill club house.
