if HDD causing a lot noise when reading is it gonna be fried soon ?

Is that serious? I just got it last month (RMA) after my previous HDD failed.

I need help 1 have 500gb and 2tb internal hdd.
I put make 500gb as my system/games/etc and my 2tb hdd as my data (movie/picture/etc)
1 month ago, every time i want to open my data hdd there is 1 click sound.
2 days aga I buy new casing for my pc, then when I start up my PC my 2tb hdd not detect only 500gb can use.
I already tried to change cable, but still same.

The main reason why the phenomenon was so counterintuitive was that with shorter cable length, most drives would function better on any overclocked system, so why was it necessary to add trace length and move the drive to the very end of the IDE cable?
