huh.. kind freak me out when i read through.. i really2 hope there's no such damage thing happen to my HDD coz i've got lots of precious data that i need to keep it for 10 years or so

oh, btw, i heard form the news flow over a wind, that with torrent (any kind of torrent transfer) also will increase the probability or ur HDD to be dead.. if i'm not mistaken it is because of the unstable "write" n "read" process..

is it true? if it is, is there any software that can help me regarding this issue?
