Yeah MDR. I also have sent my hardisk over there for data recovery. For me they offer the best price for us home users thumbup.gif. The problem i had was because of the hardisk temperature rise too high (overheating) causing it to automatically stop function. Upon inspection they conclude that the chipset which control the temperature reading were faulty. They said the reason of this happening was because of short circuit from unstable power source. So my advice for all, always use AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) to connect your pc to the power source.
